Garden Cress is rich in Vitamins A, B, C and E, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphorus, Potassium & all Essential Amino Acids. Unlike other microgreens, garden cress seeds do not need as much water when germinating. Spray them very lightly, and make sure your soil mixture isn’t too moist. You’ll have low germination rates if you use too much water.
